loved my 2 nights stay. in my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with ac, nice balcony, as example and that was great. the personnel were supper friendly and amiable and made me feel welcome.

The location of this venue is great, as it's close to everything we wanted to visit and just a short walk away from Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station in just 15 minutes.

Small hotel in a nice area near the lagoon, centro Bacalar, and club house. Spacious and cozy rooms provided with nice balcony and kitchen, for example. Super friendly and incredibly nice venue employees all round. Particularly good location, minutes from Parroquia de San Joaquin Church.

The hotel's location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable, near the center. the exotic garden with a lot of plants and the lagoon are wonderful. - the staff is really helpful and attentive; I loved them all. - the breakfast offers a wide array of selection, and the food is good.

Our room had a lovely view of the lagoon, and we were able to make use of the hotel's lagoon side jetty, complete with complimentary loungers. The location was perfect for exploring on foot, and taxi rides to other attractions were affordable. We enjoyed the delicious vegetarian options at Pizzeria Bertilla and the friendly service at La Playita resto. Despite a mix-up with our room, the staff compensated us with a full breakfast each morning.
